The airy double volume entrance area runs into a spacious lounge with a cosy fireplace– on the one side a modern kitchen; on the other side a covered barbeque area and garden with a solar heated pool – all flowing into one huge inviting living area and entertainment area. Remember that in the Cape in early and late summer a normal pool is still too cold to swim but our solar heated pool will ensure you enjoy your time in and around the pool.
With 4 bed rooms, 1 en suite, 1 family bathroom, 1 guest toilet, ample living space down stairs, the house can comfortably sleep 8 people (with an additional 2 more in the granny flat). There is a washing machine and we can arrange atadditional cost a weekly cleaning service so that you can sit back and enjoy your holiday.
