There is a Hotel Edwardian on the premises about 30 meters away from our place. The swimming pool, pub and restaurant is situated there.Villa E1 is three bedroomed, 2 bathroomed. Main bedroom has own bathroom and shower. There is a double bed, dressing table and stool as well as aircon and a door opening up onto the patio.2nd Bedroom has a double bed with dressing table and aircon. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds with mirror and aircon with a door opening up onto the patio. The 2nd bathroom has shower and bath.The dining room has a table and six chairs. The kitchen is fully equiped with all appliances. Tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. The lounge/TV area has a six seater lounge suite with coffee table.Tv, dstv(just need to take own smartcard with) dvd and video player. The lounge opens up onto the patio where there is a six seater patio set. Built in braai.
The ocean is about 2km away from the townhouse. There is a sea view from patio. Own garden. Lock up garage.
Cleaning of the unit is available on a daily basis at an additional cost of R50.00 per day.
