Secure off street parking on property, behind a remote controlled security gate. This Cape Dutch house is very homely decorated with Colonial and African influences. You can feel the care and personal touch as you walk through this spacious villa, every room is boosting with character. Funky colored walls, railway sleeper beams, wooden floors and window shutters, beautiful finishes, colonial leather chairs in the bedrooms, interesting African art and paintings, antique cupboards, desks and wardrobes. Outside braai (barbeque) facilities with rustic shady patio cover. The villa is ideal for one large - or even two families. It consists ofa main house (sleeps 7/8) and a cottage (sleeps 5/4), interpleading with a smooth flow as if they were one unit, yet both completely self-contained with the possibility of using separate entrances. Both kitchens are fully equipped, including washing machines, tumble dryers and a dishwasher. The luxury home comforts can be found through out the house: heaters, fans, TV's (DSTV + Mnet), DVD player, video recorder, quality Hi-Fi CD player, games and quality beds with beautiful bed linen.
