This penthouse at Tamboti is located within Simbithi, a 430 hectare Ecological-Estate, just 30 minutes drive up the North Coast from Durban. Conveniently close to shops and restaurants, this beautiful part of South Africa, which is situated on the Dolphin Coast, overlooks the warm Indian Ocean. It's a paradise for golfers, adventurers and all water enthusiasts! This exquisite 4 bedroom penthouse can comfortably accommodate 8 people, has ducted air-conditioning throughout, and is fully equipped with all your requirements including a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, all linen and bath towels. It also has a DVD player and two televisions with Satellite TV (all you need to bring is your own beach towels). The apartment is open plan with a dinning room, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge which leads onto a large covered veranda overlooking the ocean, and perfect for entertaining. There is a Jetmaster BBQ/Braai, an eight seater outdoor table and comfortable lounge chairs for that afternoon siesta. The balcony is the perfect place for a sundowner whilst watching Bottlenose Dolphins and Whales swim by. The estate is ideal for mountain biking, fishing, or lunching at the club house and just relaxing in the South African sun. It has an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower and a dressing area. The room has two verandas one overlooking the sea and the other enjoying an inland view of fishing dams and rolling hills. Both the second and third bedrooms have built in wardrobes, and twosingle beds in each room that can be joined together to make a King-size bed in each if required. Both rooms open onto the main veranda with views of the sea. The fourth bedroom also has BICs and has a back veranda overlooking the dam, a new golf course which is soon to be completed and available for use by guests, and inland views. The room has a single bed plus a convenient roll away bed which is suitable for children. The estate is completely secure, is electronic access controlled with 24 hour security. Besides the Golf Course being built there are stocked dams for fishing, a Clubhouse for dining and relaxing with it's own swimming pool and amenities, and a children's play area. The estate also has private access to the beach. The entire unit is understated yet tastefully decorated with a relaxed holiday feel. The double garage has automated remote control doors and direct access. There is a private swimming pool in the complex. Tamboti is only 45 minutes (65km) from Durban International Airport and 30 minutes from the city of Durban, 5 minutes drive away is the Lifestyle Centre with large modern supermarket, great restaurants, coffee shops, art gallery and a selection of boutique stores.
