DESCRIPTIONThis 2nd floor self catering apartment in the Strand is in a small neat apartment block situated directly opposite the popular safe swimming beaches of the Strand, the mini-golf and supertubes on Beach Road. It is north-facing without a sea view.The spacious apartment can accomodate 2 to 6 persons.
It comprises an open plan kitchen, with double bed in the spacious bedroom, a sleeper couch and 2 single beds in the living area. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a small stove with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
Linen (not towels) are supplied.
The building has full electronic security and parking with remote control in the courtyard and right at your front door.
It is close to all the shopping facilities and restaurants in Strand and only 30 minutes from thecity centre of Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront. The Strand is an ideal holiday destination and you can fall asleep to the sound of the sea in your ears with the beach across the road.There is an additional refundable breakage deposit charge of R300.
There is a minimum booking of 2 nights and linen is supplied but you do need to bring your own towels.
