DESCRIPTIONMabote Rivierkamp is built in indigenous bush and is surrounded by the beautiful Waterberg Mountain's sandstone cliffs. The Klein Sterkrivier flows in front of the camp and, though it is rain dependent, usually flows constantly through the year Our walking trails will take you through bush and forest areas and the marked trees will add some interesting detail. Please bring your own Tree Identification Book.
During the rain season you will enjoy the wonderful waterfalls with their rock pools to cool down in [ moderate fitness] . The dam on the farm gives our guests an opportunity to relax with fishing ,canoeing or just to look at the sunset.
Bird watchers can see three strata of birdswith the Fish and Black Eagles at the top and water birds in abundance. Please bring your own Bird Books
