DESCRIPTIONWoodbridge Island is a residential complex separated from the suburb of Milnerton by a Lagoon.The unit is set on the Lagoon and is within walking distance of the beach, accesible directly from the complex. There are also 3 swimming pools on the island. Milnerton Lagoon and beaches are used by many watersports enthusiastssuch as canoeing, paddling ,windsurfing and kitesurfing. There is a golf course outside the gate of the complex and Cape Town is only 10km away. For the shopping enthusiast, Canal Walk shopping center is a 5 minute Drive.The unit accomodates 4 people in 2 bedrooms but there is also a sleeper couch in the lounge. It is fully equipped including towels and linen. Please bring your own Beach towels. There is a weber on the patio for those summer braais.Mnet and DVD player are provided as well as radio/cd player. Banks, Post office, Laundry and Pharmacy can be found 1 km away.
