Mostly furnished with high quality yellow-, black-, stinkwood and Oregon pine furniture and antiques.There is also a bathroom with Victorian bath and shower, toilet and basin, kitchen with dining table and a lounge. Patio with table and chairs and Hot Rock braai. Parking in front of the unit or in the complex (about 10 metres from the unit). It has a gas stove (new type with oven), kettle, microwave, toaster, TV and fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped. I supply linen and towels. The unit is not serviced.
The above unit is in a security complex. It is walking distance from town centre (± 1km) and about 100m from the Waterfront.
