DESCRIPTIONAt Ganora, only 7km from Nieu-Bethesda with the Owl House, we offer visitors a special SA experience. The history of Ganora spans 270milj years from fossil beds of mammal-like reptiles to evidence of bushman paintings and etchings as well as Anglo-Boer War engravings. Additionally a tour of our woolshed offers a glimpse into farm life today.The charming cottage is situated on the farm approximately 7 km from Nieu-Bethesda and the famous Owl House. The cottage is self- contained. You can choose to cater for yourself, have your meals on the farm, or we can book for you at a cosy Restaurant in Nieu-Bethesda. The Khoi-San cottage is ideal for people seeking an active hospitale stay on a working sheep farm, or those wishing to relax and unwind in the peace and tranquility of Karoo simplicity.
