DESCRIPTIONChateau Petit is a large, one-bedroomed garden cottage close to all amenities.Just a 25 minutes drive from Cape Town International airport and also the V&A Waterfront (out of peak-hour), Chateau Petit is just three minutes' walk from the Constantiaberg medi-clinic and a five-minute drive away from the Constantia Village Mall which boasts several good restaurants such as Theo's and Wasabe. Other shops and amenities, such as banks, are even closer.
Chateau Petit is right on the doorstep of the Constantia wine routeand is well-situated in relation to the Royal Cape, Steenberg and Westlake golf courses.
The cottage itself offers a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom, an open-plan lounge kitchen area and secure off-street parking. The cottage has its own separate entrance.
The lounge is equipped with a sleeper couch (suitable for two), a rocking chair and a television set (including M-net). The kitchen has ample cupboard space and is equipped with a double sink, a micro-wave oven, a toaster, electric kettle, a steam iron with ironing board and crockery and cutlery. An electric frying pan is also available if required. There is an extension to the counter which serves as a table for which two bar-stools have been provided. The bedroom has two single beds each with a bedside table and reading lamp, and a dresser. There is ample built-in cupboard space.The bathroom comes equipped with a hand-basin,medicine cabinet, toilet and shower. There is also a full-length mirror affixed to one wall.
