DESCRIPTIONThis 5 sleeper Self-Catering Apartment ideal for a family on holiday (Dad, Mom and the kids, and maybe 1 grandparent). It is on 2 levels with large windows to a leafy garden and with seaviews from virtually every window. A 20 square meter deck outside the front door leads to its own small garden. The new kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, frying pan and hotplate and it includes all crockery and cutlery.The upstairs bedroom has a large double bed and the lower level has a large double/single metal bunk. The bathroom has a shower and a bath and a twin tub washing machine for convenience. All linen and duvets are supplied. Extra linen and kitchen items are available should the need arise. All youneed is your bathing and beach towels and your DsTv decoder and smartcard, which can be arranged at extra cost. An electric health braai(BBQ), boogie boards and beach chairs are available. Parking is on the property behind a locked gate or in a garage (if available).90 Degree Seaviews apartment, is within walking distance to the nearest beach (1Km). There are 4 beaches nearby, from Amanzimtoti, to WarnaDoone, Baggies and Winkelspruit. We are located 12 minutes south of the Durban airport, a few minutes south of the Amanzimtoti CBD, with the Seadoone Mall just down the road.
