Fully equipped 2 x Bedroom Self Service / Self Catering Accommodation UnitSituated on ground level Unit sleeps maximum 4 persons Main bedroom en suite with shower 2nd Bedroom with twin beds Private bathroom with bath Open Plan living room / kitchen Fully equipped kitchen Dstv Under roof braai / barbeque Families / Tourist / Corporates welcome Remote control access to complex 1 x Secure undercover parking bay Sea views from main bedroom&loungeNearby shops, restaurants, laundry, casino, airport, beaches, etc Please note: We do supply bath towels ~ We do not supply beach towels, please bring your own There is no dishwasher or washing machine available in the unit - Laundry nearby Iron&ironing board available7 Dolphin Nook is about 300m from the beaches&about 200m from RestaurantsShould your booking be for 1 - 2 persons the 2nd bedroom will be locked Should the full unit be required ( Both bedrooms ) irrespective of the number of persons( 1 - 4 ) sleeping in the unit the rate for the full unit will be applicable *************** Minimum Stay Required: 2 Consecutive Nights Higher Rates apply for 1 night only - Please enquire Minimum Stay Required During Peak Season: 4 Consecutive Nights - No 1 - 3 nights stays during Peak Season*************** Should your stay be for the minimum stay required the full amount (100%) for your stay is payable as a non-refundable deposit to confirm/secure the booking. Should your stay be for longer than the minimum stay required a minimum payment of 50 % for your stay is payable as anon-refundable deposit to confirm/secure the booking. Prior arrangement to be made at least 3 days in advance for an arrival / check-in after 6 pm Credit cards not accepted = No facilities Payment of outstanding balance for your stay and refundable breakage deposit are payable on arrival in cash R 500 refundable breakage deposit payable per accommodation unit on arrival in cash and the deposit will only be refunded within 7 days after the day of departure Inventory lists with replacement values of items are available in the units After check-in any damages / breakages / shortages must be reported before 09:00 am the following morning ~ thereafter the guest / corporate will be liable for damages / breakages / shortages Should an accommodation unit be left in an untidy state on departure ( including dirty dishes) a fee of R 50 will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit for cleaning service Should damages / breakages / shortages occur the balance of the deposit will only be refunded within 21 days after all breakages / damages / shortages had been replaced ~ should the cost of the damaged / broken / missing item/s be more than the refundable breakage deposit levied the guest / corporate will be liable for payment of the outstanding balance Cost of replacing an item = Price on inventory lists available in the unit Damaged / Broken item/s will be replaced ~ we do not send damaged / broken items for repair ~ unit must be ready and complete for new guests arriving Should breakages / damages / shortages occur the guest / corporate will be liable for the cost of the replacement/s as it appears on the inventory lists Should breakages / damages occur and the guest / corporate request us for the damaged / broken items we will post / courierthe damaged / broken item/s to the guest / corporate at their expense or please make arrangement to collect Should we encounter any breakages / damages / shortages we will notify the guest / corporate at our earliest convenience, within 5 days after the date of departure, thereof ~ Excluding Saturdays, Sundays&Public HolidaysWe are 40 minutes drive from the self catering accommodation units ~ please give us a call when you are about 60 minutes away from Port Elizabeth so that we can meet with you at the unit to hand over the keys and collect any outstanding balance&refundable breakage depositDaily Service = Cleaning of unit, washing of dishes&making of bedsDaily service @ R 70 per day / Unit sleeps 1 - 2 persons Daily service @ R 85 per day / Unit sleeps 1 - 4 persons Weekly Service = Cleaning of unit, washing of dishes, making of beds, clean towels&bed linenWeekly service @ R 130 once a week / Unit sleeps 1 - 2 personsWeekly service @ R 160 once a week / Unit sleeps 1 - 4 persons Please make prior arrangement at least 3 days in advance for daily or weekly service Compulsory Service: For stays of 8 nights or more it is compulsory for at least 1 x Weekly services per week No daily or weekly service available on Saturdays, Sundays&Public HolidaysDaily Service&Weekly Service payable on arrival in cashShould cancellation occur before or during your stay all amounts paid are non-refundable In the event of a premature departure the guest will be liable for the full original booking made - No refunds will be made Maximum occupancy must be adhere to at all times and includes children of all ages 1 x Adult = 1 x Person 1 x Child = 1 x Person Child = 2 years&olderAccommodation units subject to availability A no-show will be considered as a cancellation of the confirmed / secured booking Smoking is allowed in the units but no smoking is allowed in the bedrooms A set of house rules is available in the units and guests are obliged to abide by these rulesCorporate will be liable for the conduct of their employees / contractors Should we receive a complaint about guests not abiding by the rules ~ a written warning will be given for the 1st and 2nd offence and immediate eviction with the 3rd Please Note: In case of an eviction no refunds will bemade We are an Accredited Member of Bad Guest and should the need arise we will post information about a bad guest on the Bad Guest data base and website We reserve the right to amend / change the rates&Terms&Conditions without any prior notice.
