DESCRIPTIONUnusual modern, stonewalled, wooden family home is set high up on the mountain at the back of the tiny village of Misty Cliffs with unobstructed spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the awesome Cape sunsets.The house is a 5 minute walk from the quiet beach mainly only used by residents of Misty Cliffs and a forty minute drive to Cape Town itself.
Being on the edge of a unique fynbos nature reserve baboon troops often pass through the village foraging, other animals living here include the cape sugarbird feeding in the proteas, Mongoose and Genets investigating the decks. There are Otters who live on the Misty Cliffs beach and between July and November there are the Southern Right Whales to watch out for.From Misty Cliffs you can cycle, run, kayak, walk, fish, surf or explore the Cape Peninsular as well as day trips to the wine farms or relax on the deck and watch the sun go down.
Accommodation includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a spacious open plan living area opening up onto decks.Barbeque (weber) on the deck.
