As well as a unique counter top area that pulls out from under the sink there is also a lockable store room and black slate cloakroom with stainless steel toilet and urinal.The first floor consists of a large glass bathroom with a skylight shower. The air-conditioned bedroom leads out to a private wooden deck; steps take you up to a large roof terrace with sun loungers, table and Jacuzzi that has spectacular views of Table Mountain and the Harbour.
