DESCRIPTIONLocated only 2km from the beach, this house offers the guest and his/her family a very affordable and comfortable beach holiday. Bring the kids friends or even another small family for an unforgettable summer vacation. The quiet suburban surrounds offer limited traffic and a safe area, the large lawn is ideal kids to have fun or to park additional cars. A small children's playground is available down the road (200m). A single garage offers is available to guests and upto three cars can be parked on the property behind locked gates.
The open-plan lounge-kitchen opens up onto the large stoep for braaiing. The DSTV (Satelite TV) will keep the entire family entertained throughout. Two double rooms and two shower-rooms (one of these are en-suite) are available down stairs, while upstairs offers three bedrooms, capable of accommodating five people (single beds), and a bathroom.
Other facilities include a washing machine and basic kitchen appliances.
Grocery, video rental and take-away shops are about 1km away, while bigger shopping centres are about 15 minutes drive away. The well-known Boardwalk Centre is only about 5min drive and offers a wide range of entertainment.
During summer holidays, beach activities are often arranged including games, entertainment and fire-works. Other beach activities include rental of deck-chairs, jet-skis and various other beach utensils.
